*NOTE: Payment of acceptance fees - where artists have paid their submission fees by credit card, the acceptance fee is automatically deducted when it is due. 

Those paying by other methods are required to ensure their acceptance fee payments are done by the same process used for the enrolment fee, by the Acceptance Fee due date on 23 August 2019.

Opening Night Gala at Oak Hall
2019 Exhibitors enjoy FREE entry (non-transferrable).  RSVP Ziping at artwork dropoff 
(purchase guests tickets $20 online or cash at the door) 

Exhibition Weekend  -
Entry by donation

Saturday 31 August, 10am to 6pm
Sunday 1 September, 10am to 4pm

Collection of unsold artworks -

Sunday 1 September, 4pm - 7pm

Fees 2019

Submission fees per artwork –non-refundable

*Acceptance Fee per artwork - payable at the time of acceptance:-

- Artwork up to 0.75 square metre

- Artwork **over 0.75 square metre. 

**no 2D artwork over 1.5m will be accepted.

- Smaller 3D works such as small ceramics and jewellery can be grouped together. Please contact Artist Liaison to discuss.

NOTE: There is a 25% Commission on all artwork sales.
